What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product. SWR fittings typically 1 carton. PP fittings sold per packet of 10 or by carton. Contact us for specific MOQ per SKU.
Which standards do your products comply with?
SWR fittings comply with BS EN 1329-1, BS4514, BS4660, ISO3633, EN1329 and SN4 stiffness class. Compliance certificates provided on request.
Do you handle export documentation?
Yes — full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and product compliance certificates with every shipment.
What PP fitting colours are available?
All PP fittings available in Black, White and Grey in both 32 MM and 40 MM. Mixed colour orders can be accommodated in carton quantities.
How long is delivery to UK / Europe?
Typically 3–5 weeks by sea freight from Rajkot (via Mundra or JNPT). Air freight available for urgent orders. We ship via major freight forwarders.
Can I get private label / branded products?
Yes — shower plates available branded as Tiler's Choice or without branding. Contact us to discuss private label options for other product ranges.
What are the floor trap finish options?
Five finishes available: Matt, Glossy, PVD Gold, PVD Rose and PVD Black. Multiple decorative grate patterns available in each finish.
